Sherina is the founding member of Africa Development Promise-Uganda and has served as the Country Director until 2020. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Sanitation Solutions Group, a social enterprise that provides affordable sanitation products and services in urban and rural areas of Uganda. Prior to this, she served as Program and Communications Manager for Water For People’s market-based sanitation program implemented across seven countries including Uganda. 

Sherina holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management from The Open University in the UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Makerere University in Uganda.
